It’s time to Dust off the Docs, Slide on Some Sunnies and Whip out your Best Bumbag – we are bringing California to your backyard!

We’re kicking off the new year with all your favourite clubs in one spot for a jam packed night of glitter and grooving! Kit up, Kick on and Kanye your way through the night, this is one you don’t want to miss. Save the Date! We can’t wait to rave with you on Friday 4th March @7pm. Location and ticketing is yet to be announced. Stay tuned.

This is strictly an 18+ event. All societies involved in the organisation of this event support the responsible consumption of alcohol.

Music Mania

11 of the best UQ Clubs and Societies are coming together for a musical night There’s trivia, karaoke, food, music and drinks! Come along if you want to sing your heart out, we have some exciting songs lined up at the coolest venue at UQ.

UQ Karaoke Club endeavours to make as many opportunities as possible for people to get out their singing voices and make friends which cross-society events such as Music Mania in 2021!

Who are we?

At the UQ Karaoke Club we love nothing more than to sing the night away, but we aim to do much more! We want to create a fun and inclusive environment for everyone to connect and make friends, as well as create a sense of community for new and existing students where they can network, meet people from different faculties and cultural backgrounds. We host killer karaoke events, but also a range of other activities too! We also look forward to epic collabs with like-minded clubs where we love to give people a chance to meet people they wouldn’t usually meet!

Here at UQKC we are all about fun, that’s why we don’t intend on limiting ourselves exclusively to Karaoke! The UQ Karaoke Club is a place for everyone no matter your interests, faculty, or even your singing prowess. We host a range of events from Karaoke nights of course, trivia nights, pub crawls, movie sing-alongs, and much more. We have friends in the best of places so we also love some good inter-club collabs, meaning you can look forward to bigger and better events (maybe even a cheeky yacht party)!
